Refund Policy

All products sold on our website are offered as clearance items and are considered final sale.

Due to the intimate nature of the products we sell and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on adult products, lingerie, or personal care items once an order has been delivered.

Damages or issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at karine_francoeur@hotmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

• Clearance items

• Adult products and personal care items (including sextoys and lingerie)

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
