Why do I see additional import fees at checkout for U.S. orders?

Because U.S. import duties must be paid on certain products shipped from Canada. To avoid surprise charges upon delivery, all applicable duties and import fees are calculated and included at checkout.The total shown at checkout is the final amount you will pay. No additional charges will be requested upon delivery.

Will out-of-stock items be restocked?
No. All clearance items are offered while supplies last. Once a product is sold out, it is permanently discontinued and will not be restocked.

Why are there no discount percentages shown?
Because there are no fake discounts. All prices shown are already reduced clearance prices. No inflated “before” prices, no misleading sales tactics.

Is this a real clearance store?
Yes. Products come from end-of-line items, excess inventory, or discontinued products. This is genuine clearance, not a temporary promotion.

Why are quantities limited?
Because these are final stock items. Once they’re gone, they’re gone.

Are clearance products new?
Yes. All products are brand new, unused, and fully functional. Reduced prices are due to liquidation, never quality issues.

Are clearance items final sale?
Yes. For hygiene reasons, intimate products sold on clearance are final sale, unless a defect is reported upon delivery.

Why do products disappear quickly from the site?
Clearance items sell fast. When inventory is limited and demand is high, availability can change quickly.
